- (정의) 환경성적표지 제도는 제품 및 서비스의 원료채취, 생산, 수송·유통, 사용, 폐기 등 전과정에 대한 환경성 정보를 계량적으로 표시하는 제도입니다.
- (목적) 환경성적표지 제도는 소비자의 환경을 고려하는 구매활동을 지원하기 위하여 제품에 대한 정확한 환경영향을 쉽고 투명하게 공개함으로써 잠재적으로 시장주도의 지속적인 환경개선을 유도하는데 그 목적이 있습니다.
- (저탄소제품) 저탄소제품은 환경성적표지 인증을 받은 제품 중 ‘저탄소제품 기준’ 고시에 적합한 제품을 말합니다.
